The Board of Directors of «MFO «KMF» JSC approved new compoisition of the Management Board

Almaty, September 9, 2024– The Board of Directors of «MFO «KMF» JSC has made key decisions regarding changes in the company’s management, one of which was the approval of the new composition of the Management Board of «MFO «KMF» JSC, which will focus on further development of the company and strengthening its market standing.

Mr. Shalkar Zhussupov was elected as the Chairperson of the Management Board (CEO) to lead the company’s management. Under his leadership, «MFO «KMF» JSC will continue to strengthen its position in the credit services market, with an emphasis on enhancing financial stability and further expanding the product line for clients.

Shalkar Zhussupov – Chairperson of the Management Board (CEO) of «MFO «KMF» JSC. Mr. Zhussupov is a financier with extensive management experience in the financial industry. His tremendous and longstanding professional journey has allowed him to accumulate unique knowledge and skills in the areas of strategic management and operational activities.

Under his leadership, the company has successfully developed over 27 years in the market, with a particular focus on financial stability and the high quality of services provided.

In addition, the Board of Directors appointed the following Deputies CEO:

Karlygash Raikhanova – Member of the Management Board, Deputy CEO of «MFO «KMF» JSC. Ms. Raikhanova has extensive experience in the financial industry, as well as in the development of relationships with international investors and creditors. She also has an international risk management certification. Having started her career in 1998, she successfully worked on expanding the company’s branch network, demonstrating high results and establishing herself as a highly qualified specialist. In 2012, she joined the management of «MFO «KMF» JSC and has focused on bolstering sales, developing product lines, and implementing innovative solutions.

Olga Yugay – Member of the Management Board, Deputy CEO of «MFO «KMF» JSC. Ms. Yugay has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, including leadership roles in microfinance. With international certificates like DipIFR, CIPA, and CAP, she has demonstrated her depth of knowledge in financial management, accounting, and audit. Ms. Yugay oversees accounting, treasury, financial planning, and investor relations.

Dmitry Larin is the member of the Management Board and Deputy CEO of «MFO «KMF» JSC with extensive international banking experience. His career includes key operational management positions, including strategic and senior management positions at major banks in Cyprus, Luxembourg and Qatar, as well as advising on startup initiatives in the payments and securities industries.
