KMF Places Bonds Worth KZT 20 Billion on KASE
Almaty, Kazakhstan — May 30, 2025 — JSC "Microfinance Organization "KMF", a leading player in the microfinance market in Kazakhstan, has successfully completed a series of operations on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), demonstrating the resilience of its business and a high level of investor confidence.
In May, the company raised KZT 20 billion through a bond placement and redeemed previously issued bonds totaling KZT 23.55 billion.
The underwriters of the placement were: JSC "BCC Invest" – a subsidiary of JSC "Bank CenterCredit", JSC "Centras Securities", JSC "First Heartland Jusan Invest", and JSC "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" Halyk Finance.
Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "MFO "KMF", Shalkar Zhusupov, stated:
“Another successful bond placement and timely redemption of the previous issuance confirm the high level of investor trust in our organization and the stable financial position of the company.”
