In 2025, KMF significantly strengthened its corporate governance system in connection with its transformation into a second-tier bank. The Board of Directors consists of six members, two of whom are independent directors (33.3%). Women represent 50% of the Management Board. The Board of Directors has a Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development Committee (ESG), which held nine meetings in 2025 and reviewed 48 issues.

In February 2025, the Bank joined the UN Global Compact, reaffirming its commitment to its four principles. Eighty percent of new employees and 73% of managers completed anti-corruption training. All client inquiries are processed within the established timeframes, achieving a 100% timeliness rate.

In terms of information security, the Bank has implemented an information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and is PCI DSS certified.

The share of procurement from local suppliers reached 92.3%. Tax deductions in 2025 amounted to 13.478 mln KZT.
