Notice of the voluntary reorganization in the form of conversion from a microfinance organization into a bank
Dear Customer, KMF Bank Joint-Stock Company (the “KMF”) sincerely thanks you for choosing us as your trusted partner and in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, hereby kindly informs you that KMF has undergone a voluntary reorganization in the form of conversion from a microfinance organization into a bank.
Please be kindly informed that KMF has obtained a license to conduct banking provided for by the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, No.1.1.120 dated August 12, 2025. This license grants KMF the right to conduct the following types of banking operations (in national and/or foreign currency):
- acceptance of deposits, opening and servicing of bank accounts for legal entities;
- acceptance of deposits, opening and servicing of bank accounts for individuals;
- cash operations: acceptance and disbursement of cash, including exchange, recounting, sorting, packaging and storage;
- transfer operations: executing payment and money transfer instructions from legal entities and individuals;
- bank lending operations: granting loans in monetary form under conditions of payment of interest, maturity and repayment;
- foreign currency exchange operations, including cash exchange transactions involving foreign currency;
- issuance of bank guarantees secured by cash execution.
