Changes in the Composition of the Board of Directors of JSC MFO "KMF"

JSC MFO "KMF" hereby informs that, by the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 28, 2025, the following changes have been made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

The powers of Board Member Philipp Georg Potta have been terminated

Volodymyr Tsapko has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes, the composition of the Board of Directors of JSC MFO "KMF" as of May 28, 2025, is as follows:

Andrew Pospielovsky – Member of the Board of Directors

Joachim Bald – Member of the Board of Directors

Olena Malynska – Independent Member of the Board of Directors

Constantine Tsereteli – Member of the Board of Directors

Volodymyr Tsapko – Member of the Board of Directors
