KMF social responsibility basis:
Clients. We support Client Protection Principles initiated by Smart Campaign, and maintain policy of strengthening these principles in our company. These principles are committed first of all to protect clients with low income from unfavorable financial services and secure high customer service quality. It is a basis and a guarantee we observe social responsibility to our clients and try to introduce them to our community.
Staff. Transparent and unbiased staff treatment, providing social welfares and care about staff is fundamental of social responsibility to staff.
Social impact. When we take care about client and staff while implementing our mission, we speak about social impact our loans have on them.
Community and environment. We consider it to be our civil duty to take part in public processes happening in the country, in implementation of socially-targeted country programs and own initiatives on child sports development, charity, environment protection.
