International Rating Company “MicroFinanza Rating” certified by World Bank group – CGAP on evaluation of microcredit organizations and banks, for the second time in KMF’s history conducted the international social rating evaluation of the company social performance and on the 17th of January, 2017 assigned the “A+” grade. This high grade defines a good social performance management and client protection system, social mission likely to be achieved.
At present KMF is the only company in Kazakhstan with “A+” grade. We remind that in March 2015 KMF was awarded “A” grade which demonstrates progress in terms of social responsibility towards clients, community and staff. Social rating provides expert opinion on social indicators of the company performance, and also gives an opportunity to compare the grade with microfinance organizations (MFO) not only in Central Asia region, but all over the world. Social rating plays a significant role in increase of microfinance transparency and efficiency.
Social responsibility is the business philosophy of KMF company, that is firstly expressed in compliance with Client Protection Principles (Smart Campaign), developing long-term and sustainable relationships with clients, based on quality service and staff professionalism. Such significant grade is a great achievement for the company and confirms effective implementation of MFO “KMF” mission for reaching the best results in fulfilling social objectives.
